Our secured platform connects decors (scouted by us or offered by managers/owners) to professionals looking for film shooting or event locations.

Our library contains hundreds of decors and is accessible for free to registered profesionals. They can access the photos of the places and get their approximative localisation.

Register in a couple of seconds through our online form. To guarantee the security of our properties, the access to our database is only possible after validation of your account by an administrator of Pixaloca.

Briefing

You provide us with all the information about your shoot or event ( shoot data, preparation, dismantling, budget, name of director and producer, pitch, script…)

Let's discuss your project

We share our first conclusions on your project. As soon as you give us a green light, we actively start our location hunt.

Suggesting decors

Our staff looks for decors actively. We use our database but can also look for new locations for specific demands.

4.

Validate your choices

We adjust our work rythm to yours and operate in complete transparency. Your remarks are always useful. After your analysis of our suggestions, we make a preselection.

5.

Location visit

We operate as a link between the owners/managers of the locations and the production crew. We ask for disponibilities of the locations for a first visit, which the production has to organise, but we can still offer our assistance.

6.

Follow-up and finalisation of your project

We are committed to following-up your project: consultancy for damage possible, helping to look for a director, contract… When you have chosen your decor, and only of the owner agrees, we can transmit all of our information about the place, to ensure a good run of the filmshoot or event.

Tariffs

Our fee is based on a minimum tariff of 550 € HT per location used. This lump sum includes the proposal of different decors (5 maximum), the go-between with the owner/manager, our advice, the use of our pictures. An additional fee is charged based on 450 € (fiction) or 550 € (commercial and evenemential) per day.  If we have to look for more than 5 decors within our database base and that, for whichever reason, none is retained, we will charge 250 € + x hours spent to the project based on 450 € HT* (fiction) or 550 € HT* (commercial en evenemential ) per day. If you visit locations out of our database but none is selected, we charge 350 € HT. If we have to make a state of finding, we charge 250€HT. We charge 50€HT to draw up contracts.

*Some variable costs, dependent on each project, can be added to this amount. We charge 0,42 €/km of travel cost concerning the project (this amount is dependent on the daily price of oil). We are asking for all costs relative to the location te be reimbursed (hotel, parking, printing of flyers, etc.).
